- This version of the utility runs best if all the *.db files are
- concatenated - it will first run through it and figure out how many
- files, and more importantly, how many file sections, are needed.
-
- Put into the same folder: the concatenated file, a new, empty folder
- called 'CD ROM' and the utilty. Run it, and select the concatenated file.
-
- When the utility is finished, a couple of files are generated. First,
- there are the 'Section.Dir <number>' files inside the CD ROM directory.
- Mansion sysops will need to copy this folder into their 'Mansion Data'
- folder on their BBS hard disk.
- Second, there's a file called 'Lib Header'. This file has information
- on the 'Section.Dir <number>' files. In it, there are three numbers
- and a pathname on each line. The first number is the number of the
- 'Section.Dir' file. The second number is the menu file number to load
- when accessing that file area (and therefore, it is not filled in), the
- third number is the sysop number owning the directory. It is preset to 1.
-
- Next, there's a file called Mansion Menu's which contains lines that
- are easily modified into actual menu lines for the sysop's menu structure.
-
- Third, there's a log file which contains all the pathnames of files that
- have names longer than 20 characters. These file cannot be used with Mansion 8.
-
- The utility runs fastest when in the background, with it's window covered (even
- partially).
